Booking FAQs
Understand how event booking, waitlists, payment, and booking updates work before you continue.
Open the event you want, review the details, then use the main booking action. If you are not signed in yet, the platform will ask you to sign in first so the booking can be linked to your member account.
Yes. You need to sign in as a member before continuing so the hub can connect your booking and any payment follow-up to the correct account.
If places are still available, you can continue normally. If the event is full and waitlist is enabled, you can join the waitlist instead. If waitlist is not enabled, the event will show as sold out and no further bookings can be accepted.
Free events do not require payment. For paid events, your booking is recorded first and the hub team manages payment follow-up directly. Any updates will appear in My Bookings.
Use My Bookings to track your current bookings, payment status, and any waitlist or confirmation updates from the hub team.
